The hotel is connected to Mall of the Emirates, making it very convenient for shopping and entertainment. The rooms were well-insulated, making it hard to leave the cozy bed, but the dining options were limited. The staff, especially Mr Ramadan at the reception, were super friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand and found it disappointing. The rooms were not well-maintained, with a bad smell and dusty tables, lacking in hygiene considering the price and star rating. The supposed 24-hour Link Cafe was deserted, and there was no response from the unhelpful manager. Not recommended overall, especially due to missing amenities like toothbrushes and inadequate room size.
