Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were perfect and located perfectly between all the major sights we wanted to visit, but unfortunately were impacted by wet weather. They should not be rented under any circumstances.
This hotel is a gem in terms of location and comfort. The rooms are spacious, with multiple entrances, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bathrooms featuring modern amenities. It was a delightful stay booked through Booking, offering a comfortable experience right in the heart of the city, though the price was slightly high.
The hotel offers a cozy stay with a great view and courteous service. While the dining options might not meet expectations, the overall experience is positive with good value for money.
My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton at JBR was truly grand. The rooms, although not 5-star designed, were exquisite, and the weather was amazing. However, there was a slight damp smell upon entering the room.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and it was so hard to leave the comfy bed with the excellent insulation against outside light. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Rashid at the reception who went above and beyond to give me a room with a stunning view. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Sheikh Zayed Road, with easy access to the Mall of the Emirates and the metro. The dining experience was amazing, and I highly recommend adding the breakfast to your stay for a memorable meal.
The hotel is connected to Mall of the Emirates, making it very convenient for shopping and entertainment. The rooms were well-insulated, making it hard to leave the cozy bed, but the dining options were limited. The staff, especially Mr Ramadan at the reception, were super friendly and helpful.
I stayed at the Sheraton Grand and found it disappointing. The rooms were not well-maintained, with a bad smell and dusty tables, lacking in hygiene considering the price and star rating. The supposed 24-hour Link Cafe was deserted, and there was no response from the unhelpful manager. Not recommended overall, especially due to missing amenities like toothbrushes and inadequate room size.
The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere with excellent service, but some issues with room size and dining experience. The location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and exactly what I was looking for, with a magnificent view. However, my corner small suite, though nice, didn't feel as spacious as suites in other places I've stayed. The design is more four-star than five-star, but the decoration is exquisite, and even the weather inside the hotel felt nice.
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the Mall of the Emirates and Metro, making it great for a solo female traveler like me. The rooms have a bit of a dated feel with beige/brown carpeting and decor, prompting me to switch rooms after 2 hours, but the service from Mr Mena, Darwaish, and Mr Ijaz was exceptional. The dining experience could be improved with better food selections, but overall, the facilities are top-notch for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great views and comfortable rooms, but the service lacked a bit of warmth. The location was convenient, offering proximity to a mall, but some aspects were not up to the mark. The dining experience was expensive and limited. Overall, a reasonable stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though small considering the price, were equipped with essential amenities and standard facilities; unfortunately, I got a smoking room despite requesting a non-smoking one. The service was top-notch, with courteous staff accommodating requests with a smile, although there were some uncertainties during Ramadan. The location, directly connected to Emirates Mall, was incredibly convenient for shopping and transport options. However, the dining experience was a letdown, especially for a vegan like me, with limited options available.
